Premium Package

Our superior custodian service offers extra service with good quality based on the basic custodian service, including the psychological guidance, the Canadian law training, the orientation of university application and the employee conditions analysis as the referrence when students make choice of schools and majors in the future etc. Many trivials in life can be done by us for students, which will help them quickly adapt to their life in Canada, including the vaccination registration, insurance claim, car service for airport picking-up, volunteer activities etc. We are endeavor to make our students’ life more vivid and interesting, so that they will not feel alonein Canada anymore!

Service Content of Premium Package: (Package A + Package B)

Package A(Basic package):

1. Provide notarization of guardian for school and visa application;
2. Provide students with guidance on preparation for travel abroad (including essential items, questions and answers on customs clearance, matters needing attention, etc.);
3. Assist students in completing school registration applications;
4. Responsible for contacting the education bureau and schools to make an appointment for registration;
5. Students are accompanied to the school by a specific car for registration and course selection (once per school year);
6. Act as the emergency contact person in Canada for the school and immigration office;
7. Help students contact schools and book an admission test;
8. Specific people and cars to pick up and accompany students to participate in the entrance test;
9. Help students to set learning goals, and according to students’ interests, specialties and goals to make scientific course selection;
10. Assist students to purchase medical and personal accident insurance;
11. The guardian should communicate with the school regularly and give feedback to the parents on the students’ mid-term and final scores of each semester;
12. Legal rights guidance to help students better understand Canadian federal and Ontario legal knowledge;
13. To help students arrange excellent tutors for language and course training required by the university application, the third party can enjoy 10% discount of the fees;
14. Free to join the FX club, enjoy the activities organized by the club, enrich students’ leisure life;
15. Free FX custom gift bag.

Package B（Only available for Premium Package）:

1.  When students arrive in Canada for the first time, FX International will provide airport pickup service (100 Canadian dollars/time if additional airport pickup is required);
2. Students will be accompanied by a specific person to buy necessities and help them familiarize themselves with the surrounding accommodation (free for the first time, additional arrangement of 200 Canadian dollars per time);
3. Students will be accompanied by a specific person to apply for local mobile phone card, bank card and bus card (free for the first time, additional arrangement of 50 Canadian dollars/time);
4. Help students to submit the vaccine registration record, and send a specific person to accompany students to have the first vaccine injection (free for the first time, and arrange an additional 80 times);
5. The guardian should communicate with the school regularly and give feedback to the parents about the students’ scores once a month;
6. In case of emergency during the school period, the guardian shall come to the school in time and give feedback to the parents (the first two times are free, if there is additional demand of 50 Canadian dollars per time);
7. If the students return to home country on vacation, FX International will assist them to arrange luggage storage, inform the designated place, and the students themselves will be responsible for luggage delivery (if additional delivery is required, 100 Canadian dollars/time).
8. If the student has medical needs, he/she can accompany the student to see a doctor for free, and the additional cost of the escort shall be added (65 Canadian dollars/hour), and the third-party medical expenses shall be borne by himself/herself;
9. Assist students to apply for medical insurance claims (free for the first time, if additional demand is 50 Canadian dollars/time);
10. On the first day of the semester, students are accompanied to and from school to help them get familiar with the school environment and driving routes;
11. Guidance for students to select the target schools and put forward reasonable Suggestions;
12. Psychological counseling: pay attention to the psychological status of students at any time, provide psychological counseling to students in time, and relieve the pressure of study and life (the first two times are free, and the subsequent additional demand is 50 Canadian dollars per time);
13. Car service, if students have emergent needs of cars, you can contact FX specific car (free for the first time, extra service depends on the actual situation);
14. Student fellowship activities provide opportunities for students to communicate with seniors and classmates to expand interpersonal relationships;
15. FX volunteer program, FX International takes students to participate in volunteer activities in order to make it easier to complete 40 volunteer hours for high school graduation.

Deluxe Package- Parents Handbook

According to the relevant laws and regulations in Canada, for those international students under 18 without the accompany of parents, they must be custodied by adults with Canadian permanent resident status or Canadian citizens. The custodians have to issue a custodian form as the legal file for the application of students’ study visa. For important issues such as visa renewal, the custodian must sign the agreement. The custodian must be the emergency contact of the international students in Canada, and perform the duty of custodian to vigorously communicate with the school, supervise student’s attendance and academic performance. Moreover, custodian should be in the close connection with the host family, for the sake of better understanding student’s daily life conditions, effectively improving students academic performance and adaptability of study and life in Canada.
